Matt Kircher Partner / Interactive Director
Matt brings technical knowledge in the areas of web development and usability design, as well as the skill set to put it to good use. For over 11 years, he has used his creative insight to design accomplished websites and interactive media, while also focusing on standards-based site architecture and development techniques. Matt understands the balance between design and functionality; he has acted as the lead interactive designer and developer on large projects for advertising and multimedia companies around the Philadelphia area.
While Matt loves a good problem to solve, his friends think his homebrewed beers are nothing to scoff at. Give him some good malted barley, fresh hops, and some time - before you know it you'll be wondering where this thing called "flavor" came from. It's all part of Matt's methodology: quality ingredients and attention to detail can only produce a superior product.
Michelle Mace Partner / Creative Director
Michelle has always had a passion for creating things. It came as no surprise that she would focus on Graphic Design at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Michelle's striking creative style is inspired by functionality and purpose, utilizing design elements that go far beyond aesthetics. She incorporates this philosophy in every project at IDa, aspiring to help Philadelphia area businesses elevate their company communications.
While Michelle loves crafting thought provoking communication at IDa, she also loves creating more personal items for weddings and other special events.
